We were appointed, through our partners, by a vessel’s owners to carry out an internal ISM audit on the Vessel combined with a thorough condition inspection.
We travelled to Mexico where we attended the Vessel. The Master, Officers and crew provided all required assistance and were very helpful in the completion of our tasks. The inspection was complete, a thorough and detailed internal audit was carried out, drills took place and training was offered.
On completion and return to base, analytical audit report, inspection report, sample records and photo files were offered to our principals for their review and consideration. Following this, we were summoned in the owners’ head office where we presented our findings and offered expert advice for their consideration.
